A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME...

I'm a 25-year-old from Essex with Mauritian and Trinidadian background. I'm a Media Communications graduate, however fashion and makeup have always been a big part of my life. I was really shy growing up but now I have a lot more self-confidence and fearless approach to trying new things.

Hanging out at new restaurants and bars is one of my favourite things to do. My music playlist consists of afrobeats, dancehall, reggaeton, RnB and 90s/00s RnB throwbacks. I haven't travelled much apart from LA, New York, Paris, Mauritius and Trinidad of course! - but I hope to spend more time travelling and experiencing different cultures.
Why Free Spirit?
I came up with the Free Spirit because if I had to choose one word to describe myself that would be it! I'm open-minded, not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and have always accepted others regardless of race, religion or ethnicity. I don't really take myself too seriously as I'm a light-hearted person always looking for the positive side of things. I can be laidback sometimes but when I want to do something I will work the hardest to achieve it.

How would I describe my personal style?
I would say my style really depends on how I'm feeling. I can go through a phase of wearing joggers and a cute top or a blazer with jeans or leather trousers. I literally go from off-duty to city girl but the majority of the time I'll always be in trainers regardless. My favourite piece of clothing would have to be my beige blazer. It's so easy to style and you can make it casual or formal. I'm really into neutral or pastel tones.
I'd say a lot of my makeup inspo comes from Maya Jama and beauty influencer Bex Campbell. I like to experiment and recreate natural makeup looks with a unique twist.
